FULL ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fabric8 is a Cloud Based internet job/task scheduling and communication , document Management and task Accountability SaaS (Software as a Service) computer system.
Fabric8 Scheduling is a business registered in NSW Australia.
Fabric8® is a registered trademark by A.G. McNeil
The program is provided as is to Scheduling Managers to individually store, schedule and communicate information to allocated persons/businesses. Your access to the Fabric8 program and associated services, you are deemed to accept and be bound by these Access Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions may be amended by A.G. McNeil, Fabric8 Scheduling at any time. If you do not agree with amendments you must advise Fabric8 Scheduling and cease all use of the program immediately.
Questions in regard to this document should be made via email to fabric8@fabric8.net.au prior to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any act or regulation, the act or regulation prevails.
A Scheduling Manager is the Individual/business or corporation that has an agreement with Fabric8 Scheduling to supply access to the Fabric8 program.
Third party programs, service providers etc are not covered by this Agreement and you should refer to individual websites for End User Licence Agreements and Privacy Statements.

Access to Fabric8.
Project Managers will be allocated a temporary password for access to Fabric8.
Control and security of all passwords is the responsibility of the Project Manager.
Any suspected misuse of access passwords is to be reported immediately to to Fabric8 via the CONTACT US tab above.
Access to the program can be obtained through most devices with internet access to a browser. Speed of downloading of information will be dependent on your internet providers speed and Internet traffic ‘peak times’
Unless specifically agreed to in writing you are prohibited from Selling, on selling, leasing, sub leasing, loaning, assigning, providing unauthorised access to any person, copying or distributing access to the the program in any unauthorised manner.
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, convert, copy, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any or attempt to do so for any reason. You may not access, create or modify the source code of Fabric8 in any way.
You acknowledge that Fabric8 will have updates/improvements or changes to the improvements to the program applied when available. These updates will be undertaken by Fabric8 Scheduling and also any third party program it uses.
Your use of Fabric8.
Fabric8 Scheduling creates a separate database for the use of each user and issues a user name and password for access to the program (If changing this username and/or password the password should be a minimum of 8 characters and be a mix of letters numbers and symbols). Provision of this access code for Fabric8 to perform Help and assistance may be required. Password access to the main program should be changed to a temporoary password whilst Fabric8 Scheduling is providing Help assistance by accessing the program.
Your delegation of access to third parties.
Access by third parties for communication of your scheduling matters should only be provided when you are confident that the terms of their access rules will not be compromised.
Acceptable Site Management.
The site is to be used for the purposes of scheduling Jobs, and tasks the distribution of associated documentation and activities associated with your business, the communication of the tasks and documentation involved in jobs and tasks.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any documentation uploaded to the files section of Fabric8 does not impact on the rights, copyright or privacy of any of the authors.
You acknowledge that persons provided with individual access provisions may view, download, print and store information regarding their scheduling, and documentation access abilities.
You will be provided with an access code to manage all areas of the program.
Staff, Suppliers and Contractors refer to all of those persons/business’s that you provide an access code to their individual reporting sections of the program. A current and valid email address is required for
Access. It is your responsibility to manage individual areas of access.
The site cannot be used in any manner that conflicts with any current law, code or regulation.
Computer coding must not be sourced,
Improper use of the site can result in the cancellation of any Agreement without the refund of any unused access time. You will be responsible for improper, or illegal use of the site.
The program is not to be used to
- To on sell, distribute to third parties
- transmit spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
- Upload/download inappropriate offensive or objectionable material eg pornography.
- Distribute any false, threatening, intimatory or defamatory information.
- Transmit viruses.
- Solicitate in any form.
Any identified misuse of the program by any person is to be reported immediately to Fabric8.
No warranty is implied or expressed in regard to the suitability of your use of Fabric8.
Limitation of liability: Fabric8 is considered to be an easy to use system, it is recommended that all scheduling, documentation uploads, notes and Accountability procedures be verified by all referenced departments and management with scheduling experience. All Communication emails should be periodically checked for correctness. Under no circumstances will Fabric8 be liable for damages whether they be caused by coding errors or omissions or unavailability of the program.
Termination of Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms conditions and limitations of this licence may result in the termination of access rights to the Fabric8 program
This agreement will be altered by Fabric8 Scheduling from time to time and be uploaded to the internet site www.fabric8.net.au
Changes to the "Users Reports/ third party access pages will be uploaded to their access pages.
